A panel of experts from UC Hastings College of the Law and UCSF provide overview and analysis of key cases during 2014 - 2015. Key cases include: King v. Burwell (Federal tax subsidies under the Affordable Care Act); Obergefell v. Hodges (Same sex marriage); North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners v.
