7/12/2004; 58 minutes

Lt. Col. Ross Fobair was the first American pilot claimed by a surface-to-air missile in the Vietnam War in 1965. Fobair, who was 30 years old at the time went down 45 miles northeast of Hanoi, was listed as missing in action.
