Peter V. Lee, the executive director of Covered California gives an overview of the health insirance exchange. The Affordable Care Act has dramatically changed the health insurance landscape in California with the expansion of Medicaid, Covered California and new protections for all Californians. Lee talks about the success and challenges of administering the self-funded Insurance program in California providing issuance option of millions of uninsured Californians and low income families.
